Sheyenne, began singing and dancing at a very early age. She began taking dance lessons, at the age of 4, and piano lessons at the age of 7. She also began singing in the choir at a young age and continues to do so.

Sheyenne, also was in a little theater group, took expression lessons and participated in dance , piano , espression recitals and little theater plays, throughout her growing up years. She also was in a variety of dance contests, high school productions and other shows, throughout those years. The first 2 years of college she was an assistant dance instructor. She also learned to play the guitar in her early adult years.

When she was in grade school, she wrote  many skits for her class to perform, until the teacher had to tell her that could only do this every so often as they had to be learning also. But it did not hinder her desire to perform, so she would gather up the neighborhood kids, and perform her plays, skits, puppet shows, and sing for them.  Over the years, she has written and performed a several short skits for various functions.

Along with all of this, Sheyenne began playing tennis at the age of nine and by the time she was 13, she was ranked number 4
nationally. She won may trophies through the years, including winning over a 100 trophies during one summer season. Along with being ranked nationally, she was ranked each year in her state and in the regional area comprised of many states. She continued to play into her adult years and also taught tennis for a few years. She is quite modest and humble about any of her accomplishments in her life, saying "it is just something I have done in the past,  many other people have accomplished so much more." So she was completely surprised, but honored  seven years ago, when she was selected by the hometown radio station as one of the 50 greatest athletes in 50 years of broadcasting the high school wildcat sports.

After high school, she went to  a junior college in Texas on a tennis scholarship,  and while there tried out for and

became a member of the drill team , which was well known for their  use of two 6 ft bullwhips in all of their dance routines and performed in parades, sporting events and a variety of functions. In continuing her college education, she returned to Oklahoma and became a member on another college drill team, where she
choreographed several of their routines.

She was a realtor and was named realtor of the year a few years ago.
Along with all she has done and accomplished, she continued to keep up with her  love for music, writing, and performing, and in recent years became involved with doing improv with 'Horse N' Round a local group in Kansas. Due to the illness of the group's mentor, they are no longer an active group at this time.
